Today I have delivered a Management and Leadership Training in Leicester, UK.
I have gone over the following concepts:
a) Manager has to consider himself the Cause of the performance of his people
b) In order to motivate people, it is important to understand what are their dreams and desires
c) There are some individuals who are just demotivating and that we can't motivate.
