This happens when a person who is generally quite productive begins to upset others or no longer follow the company guidelines.

While you try to solve it, but you realize that this person doesn't want to hear about it, it becomes difficult to manage, and insists on not accepting the guidelines.


If you agree to start making exceptions, you need to know it's over. Allowing that person to violate the rules that everyone else is abiding will cause her to become increasingly critical and, in the long run, will only lead you to one of these two situations: either she will go very badly (competing with you or slamming the door, and in any case making a mess), or slowly it will bring you into a state of total dossier: you will begin to have no more fun and to lose confidence in your ability to manage the company.
