Today I spent a day with a group of Bulgarian Entrepreneurs and Managers to talk about all the ingredients are needed today to build a successful mid size company. Specifically I concentrated and stressed the intangibile components of financial success:
- Having a dream
- Being ethical and driven by values
- Managing effectively toxic relationships
- Building a network of allies by contributing to others
- Being enthusiastic even when things are still not going in the right direction
The training talked about many other things. Slides are attacched.
