Today I did a presentation for Rabe Bulgaria
http://www.raabebg.com/en to the Headmasters of the best Bulgarian Schools regarding Leadership and People Management.
I advised five strategies:
- Consider yourself as the cause of underperforming teachers or employees
- Have written goals you go after
- Work on intangible motivation of teachers: learn how to praise, to involve and be interested in them as human beings
- Learn how to manage time: devote at least 30 percent of your time to activities that are not urgent and will make a big difference in the future
- Study and improve yourself
