Today in the Iasi City Hall, I delivered a presentation to a group of Romanian entrepreneurs and business owners regarding the paradigms that in the next few years will change regarding people and people management.
Seven my tips:
- Get out of the comfort zone
- Have goals written down for the future
- Identify a Nr. 2, someone with whom you conspire to change the world
- Attract people: recruitment has changed
- Develop a recruitment strategy
- Create a new entrepreneurial approach
- Study
