Today I have given a presentation at the Innovawe Summit regarding how to add value to your project or to your organization through people. I have given 3 tips to the attendees:
1) First who then what
2) Build an internal school in the company to teach people values and ethics and make them into better human beings
3) While managing the company do not forget the real goal which is not just to turn a profit but also to make other people's lives better.
