Sunday I delivered a presentation to a group of Estethicians, Dermatologists and Clinic Managers from all over Bulgaria.
I covered eight strategies that business owners or managers can follow to expand their practice:
1. Get out of the comfort zone: in order to develop your business you need to accept at least a scary challenge.
2. Set goals and do write your long term goals. This will give you enthusiasm and focus
3. First WHO, then WHAT
4. The world is based on 2: find a conspirator
5. Develop an entrepreneurial strategy
6. Improve your sales process
7. Become better at Time Management
8. Study, improve yourself.
